The client requested a complete security and access control solution to be installed in their newly built block of apartments - TEN Apartments. It was necessary for the client that residents were made to feel safe in their homes all whilst giving them a modern mode of entry into their apartment.

Access Control Solution
A comprehensive access control system was installed across Ten Apartments, in the car park, lifts and common areas. AIS Technology created a mobile and PIN access control that could be used by residents at TEN apartments.
CCTV surveillance cameras were also installed in common areas to heighten the buildings security. Intercoms were installed inside each apartment.
Benefits
By combining a number of different technologies into a single system, AIS created a modern door entry solution for residents making it easier and quicker to access their apartments. The mobile and pin access control solution gave residents further security, with access to the apartments only granted through the use of a personalised pin.
