CLIENT REQUEST
St. James Hospital required a Building Management System (BMS) where they could access all their building systems under one solution. They requested that temperatures in the operating theatres be controlled and adjusted as required, as well as all heat pumps and ventilation throughout the hospital be monitored on a regular basis.
SOLUTION
Building Management System
AIS installed its Building Management System (BMS) whereby all heat pumps and ventilation are controlled through one system. By placing a tag on assets, the building management system can be automated to react to changes occurring in real-time within the facility. This seamless integration is developed with the end-user in mind. Through easy access, all systems can be monitored and adjusted according to the client’s desires.

BENEFITS
The integration of the Building management solution gave the client peace of mind with access to all readings, monitoring, and data collection. The BMS system installed was easy to use and access for any personnel at St. James Hospital.
The client now benefits from electronic centralised regulation of the building's air-conditioning, ventilation and heating, lighting, and other building systems. Aside from decreasing energy operating costs and consumption, the BMS system also enhances utilities' life cycle, upgrades the efficiency of building systems' operation, and improves the comfort of management.
